Dander allergy

Dander is a material, a old skin cells of various animals, similar to dandruff or pet pollen. It may contain scales of dried skin and hair, or feathers. It is a frequent cause of allergy in humans.
The hair or fur of animals can collect pollen, dust, mold, and other allergens, allergens can cause an allergic reaction – sneezing, wheezing, and running eyes and nose.
Dog and cat allergies are the most common, of the many animal allergies, although many allergy sufferers react to birds, horses, cows and pigs. It is not the cat or dog hair itself that causes the allergy, but the old skin cells (dander) that are constantly being shed.

Causes of Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)

Hay fever is an allergic reaction. It is your insusceptible group’s salutation to tramontane crucial in the air you respire. Hay fever unremarkably refers to allergies to outdoorsy, airborne materials much as pollens and molds.

Allergic rhinitis, known as hay fever, is caused by pollens of specific seasonal plants, airborne chemicals and dust particles in people who are allergic to these substances. Around15-20% of the population of the United States has some degree of hay fever. It is characterised by sneezing, runny nose and itching eyes.

1.The most common allergens in hay fever are pollens.
2.The other common allergens in hay fever are molds.

The two categories of allergic rhinitis include:

* seasonal – occurs particularly during pollen seasons. Seasonal allergic rhinitis does not usually develop until after 6 years of age.
* perennial – occurs throughout the year. This type of allergic rhinitis is commonly seen in younger children.
