Milk allergy – symptoms and treatment


Cow’s milk allergy is one of the most usual in early childhood and occurs when the immune system it’s activated against one or more of the proteins found in milk (casein, caseinate, butter flavor, lactic acid) . Milk it’s a substance very rich in proteins ; normally  the immune system doesn’t react againts milk proteins, but in some cases it considers that some proteins are harmfull for the body and it provokes skin rash, hives, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, fainting, dizziness and distress.
