Neurodermatitis

The neurodermatitis (or atopic eczema, atopic dermatitis; obsolete Prurigo Besnier) is an eczema chronic or chronic-repeated, determined by several factors:
1. immunological:
* allergic reactions
* other immunological disorders
2. not immunological:
* psychological disorders and Neurovegetativo
* lipid metabolism disorders of the skin
* secondary bacterial infections of dermal regions eczematosi
* irritation caused by clothes, detergent and other substances
* cool, dry climate
Therapies
- immunomodulating and anti: fat with topical tacrolimus, pimecrolimo ev. glucocorticoids (cave! following their prolonged use could occur skin lesions and symptoms similar to those of Cushing’s syndrome, resulting from absorpzione systemic)
-ev.tars and dyes: effective but their prolonged use could cause injuries
-avoid trigger factors: eg feces of milbe
- dry skin with skin tonics
- bathrooms oil and tar
-mountain or sea
-ultraviolet light therapy
- special diet if food allergies.
